Hello! I am Arianna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes everyone should feel seen, heard, and affirmed. My priority as a therapist is to recognize the diverse cultural backgrounds of MY clients with the goal of integrating that understanding into effective and respectful therapeutic interventions.

I believe firmly in the impacts of our pattern of thought or behavior and how important it is to be intentional in how we think about ourselves, speak about ourselves, and treat ourselves.

I have experience in working with children, adults and families. I lean into therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet the individual mental health needs of BIPOC. I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, trauma/stress-related responses, sexual health, gender identity development/understanding, and concerns establishing healthy boundaries. It is my hope that with therapy, people feel an increased sense of self-reliance and self-determination.

I obtained my Bachelors of Science from Northern Illinois University, my Masters of Public Health from George Washington University and my Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
I am a plant lover who enjoys my dog (Baloo), my cat (Mowgli), anime, sci-fi, music and eating (minus the cooking).
