Trauma and Parenting Therapist
“What we achieve inwardly will change our outer reality ”
My goal as a Mental health therapist is to help people through life’s journey while breaking the mental health stigma within the BIPOC community. These stigmas cause barriers in emotional and mental health freedom.
I obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Governor's State University. I have been privy to working with individuals and families from all walks of life. I believe understanding the experiences in a person’s life is significant to understanding the whole person. I am passionate about helping facilitate an environment of options and endless possibilities. I am here to help individuals and families overcome and develop healthy coping skills to deal with life’s many struggles.
Everyone requires different styles of counseling, and different forms of sensitivity. I work hard to understand the needs of my clients while collectively working together to teach the beauty of change. We are all capable of making change happen, sometimes we just need the right tools.
