A Little About Me:
Hi, I’m Sherkerra! I specialize in helping all-aged individuals with exploring their identities, inner child healing, and overall emotional growth and resilience. I love working with children, adolescents, and young adults, by assisting them navigate the complexities of growing up and the challenges that come with different life stages. Overall, I am passionate about supporting individuals through trauma and allowing them a space to release any shame, past narratives, or negative self-beliefs, guiding them towards positive change and development.
My Unique Approach:
Incorporating Yoga & Mindfulness – I integrate yoga and mindfulness practices into therapy to help clients relax, improve focus, and develop body awareness. Yoga promotes physical and mental relaxation, while mindfulness and meditation help manage stress, anxiety, and emotions.
Emotional Well-Being & Growth – I believe that fostering emotional well-being through mindfulness and yoga can enhance personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. It’s about empowering clients to take control of their mental health and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
