“Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one”
                                                                                                -Hans Selye

I earned my Master’s at Adler University. I like to utilize clinical interventions such as psychoeducation, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and strength-based therapies.

I work with different populations of people dealing with life challenges including complex trauma, PTSD, life transitions, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, and other issues. I work with adolescents, youth adults, and families to help them build, strengthen and heal their relationships.

I believe in taking a very collaborative and affirming approach to therapy, connecting with my clients where they are at and working together towards their self-identified goals. I realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impacts their daily functioning. I value authenticity with my clients and I’m dedicated to creating an open, safe, and non-judgmental space to cultivate honest conversations about the hardships we face in life.

Do you feel like you are having trouble managing challenges in your life? Or find yourself feeling “stuck”. I believe that building a strong and trusting relationship with clients is the first step towards healing. Together, we can work to explore and work through what’s getting in the way of you living a meaningful and satisfying life.
