accept.” - Angela Davis

Whatever has brought you into therapy has led you to become a better version of yourself.Together, we can begin to unpack what has been keeping you from a more full life. As your therapist, my goals are to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you are free to show up as your most authentic self and work alongside you on your journey towards growth, healing and transformation.

I provide a person centered therapy through a systemic lens in sessions with the people that I work with and place their intuition, empowerment and self-determination at the forefront as paths towards healing. My work is rooted in being trauma informed and culturally affirming. I am committed to social justice and centering the experiences of those who are on the margins
in our society.

I work with teens and adults (in particular, young adults) who are dealing with anxiety, depression and/or PTSD. My areas of focus are relationship issues/relational trauma with significant others & family, race-related stress, internalized oppression and those who are
survivors of sexual and domestic violence.

My educational background includes a bachelors degree in Sociology from Kent State University and a masters in Social Work from Aurora University.
