Hi I’m Kesha and I believe in a strengths-based approach that places the client as the expert in their life. I pull from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma –Focused CBT, to create an individualized approach for each client and situation.

My role as a clinician is to collaborate with the client to support their growth and healing. I work from an integrative and culturally sensitive approach to support individuals and families. Healing is a collaborative effort and as an active clinician, I support clients in identifying their treatment goals.I work with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety and depressive disorders, life transitions, familial issues, trauma-related symptoms, and stress management. My focus is on overall, holistic wellness. I am currently pursuing a yoga teacher training.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Domestic Violence Professional. I have experience working with families, adolescents, and individuals.

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities. Let's connect.
