TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.

2.  All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

3.  Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Growing Boundlessly is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

4.  Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.

5. Please check in at reception OR with instructor before each class.

6. Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

7.  Growing Boundlessly is not responsible for lost/stolen items 

8. The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class. For safety reasons, no one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

9.  You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.

10.  It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

11.  Classes at Growing Boundlessly may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

12. You will follow all instructions given to you by Growing Boundlessly teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

13.  In attending classes at Growing Boundlessly , you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Growing Boundlessly or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

14.  Growing Boundlessly reserves the right to refuse entry.

15.  Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

16. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

17.  By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.growingboundlessly.com, and Growing Boundlessly and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Growing Boundlessly include www.growingboundlessly.com and Boundless Healer University. The Growing Boundlessly website is an e-commerce site. By using the Growing Boundlessly website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Privacy Compliance Certification Growing Boundlessly has HIPAA training and certification.

Collection of your Personal Information.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Growing Boundlessly may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Age
- Gender

If you purchase Growing Boundlessly's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Growing Boundlessly may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

- Age
- Gender

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Growing Boundlessly may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Growing Boundlessly and its affiliates.

Growing Boundlessly does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Growing Boundlessly may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Growing Boundlessly may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Growing Boundlessly, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Growing Boundlessly may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Growing Boundlessly or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Growing Boundlessly; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Growing Boundlessly, or the public.

Growing Boundlessly may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Growing Boundlessly, in order to determine what Growing Boundlessly services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Growing Boundlessly to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Growing Boundlessly. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Growing Boundlessly website.

Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

E-mail Communications
From time to time, Growing Boundlessly may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Growing Boundlessly or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Growing Boundlessly, you may opt out of such communications by "replying STOP" for text or "clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button" for email.

Changes to this Statement
Growing Boundlessly reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt-out of further mailings.

Class Photos and Recordings

We may take photos or videos in order to market and promote classes at Growing Boundlessly. You will be notified prior to classes that they will be recorded for use on our social media. If you would like to not be recorded please inform us so that we may not include your likeness on our social media and any other forms of marketing.

Packages, Workshops, Gift Card Policy

WORKSHOPS

1. Workshop and event cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop.

2. Workshops, events and trainings are non-refundable.

3.  Credits will not be provided for enrollments canceled by student.

4. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop  to make your space available to others

PACKAGES 

1.  11 Class Packages will expire 6 months after first use.

2.  5 Class Packages will expire 3 months after first use.

3. Packages are non-transferrable to another student/person

​

UNLIMITED PACKAGES 

1. Unlimited weeks, months and years may not be shared. 

2. Unlimited months expire 30 days after activation.

3. Unlimited years expire 365 days after activation.

INTRODUCTORY/ NEW STUDENT OFFERS 

1. Our new student specials are only available to brand new students, no matter how long it has been since you have been to a class at Growing Boundlessly.

2.  Only one per student is permitted.

3. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared.

4. Clients found to be buying the Intro offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

 

MONTLY AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS 

1. Monthly auto-renews cannot be shared.

2. You will be charged $99 on the same day of each month for your auto-renew.

3. Membership fees will automatically be charged to your credit card.

4. You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in studio.

5. Auto-renews can be frozen up to 2-months per calendar year (January-December) unless you have a note from a doctor. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be in made in writing by emailing info@growingboundlessly.com. Please allow 48 hours to process request.

6.  Your auto-renew can be cancelled at any time in writing by emailing info@growingboundlessly.com If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancelation request.

7.  If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be cancelled and/or you may be assessed a fee.

8. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Growing Boundlessly reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.

9. Growing Boundlessly is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

10.  If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, Growing Boundlessly may cancel the membership and you will be ineligible to sign-up for an auto-renew membership in the future.

11. All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.

12. We reserve the right to cancel memberships. 

 

GIFT CARDS 

1. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, account credit, and/or retail purchases.

2. Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store or in-studio.

3. Gift cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
