A Little About Me
With over 3 years of experience in the mental health field, I’m passionate about helping people of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Whether you're feeling down, stressed out, or unsupported in your mental health journey, I provide a safe and compassionate space for healing, reflection, and growth.
My mission is to support clients in navigating life’s challenges with strength and resilience,
offering personalized care that promotes emotional wellness, self-awareness, and lasting
transformation.
My Approach
Holistic Wellness – I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate holistic practices to help clients feel balanced and empowered in all areas of life.
Evidence-Based Practices – My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness,
and Somatic practices, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every individual.
Empowerment & Growth - I am a firm believer that everyone deserves a chance to explore
their mental health in an unbiased and comforting space.

● LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy – Helping guide clients in their journey with their identity
● Somatic Experience – Exploring how the body goes through deeply emotional
experiences, applying mind-body healing to aid with trauma recovery.
● Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy – Utilizing elements of mindfulness meditation
and cognitive therapy. Assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mental
health concerns in developing skills to prevent the return of symptoms and improve their
overall well-being.
