A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle — a bilingual mental health practitioner with Master’s degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences, and a passion for helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves authentically.
With experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, I specialize in delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s story and identity. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to walk beside you at your pace with empathy, safety, and curiosity.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering process, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and valued.
“Healing is not a destination, but a daily practice of patience, presence, and self-love.”
